Shipping Policy
At Loft Golf, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably. Our fulfillment team works hard to ship orders within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the method you select at checkout:
- Ground Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been fulfilled. Please note that once your package is in the hands of the carrier, Loft Golf is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $10 Return To Sender Fee will apply to cover reshipment. Our support team will reach out to confirm your address and send an invoice for the fee before your order is resent.
During peak sales events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday promotions), fulfillment times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume. We appreciate your patience and will work to keep processing within the 24–48 hour window whenever possible.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. Loft Golf is not responsible for errors caused by auto-fill systems such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or similar. If an incorrect address is used, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly to reroute or arrange forwarding with your local post office.
